Here are some answers to frequently asked questions: 

The Bookings Calendar works via a database.  At the moment you make your booking the available week changes to “already booked”.  Now no-one else can book that week.  Your invoice will then be sent automatically by e-mail.

Pets are permitted.  There is a cat who belongs to the house but is looked after by an old lady from the village.  The cat always lives outside and you probably won’t even see it, but if you have a dog with you please ensure that it stays on the lead. 

You can swim in the pond opposite the house, but not fish.  There is a second pond where you may fish but only with a permit.  There are fewer fish here and you can also swim.  You can fish without a permit at a large private pond just outside the nearby village of Velky Hubenov.  At the weekend there is someone there (from 05.00 in the morning) and you can fish for about 3 Euro per day or 5 Euro for the weekend. 

Bed linen is provided - continental quilts and sheets.  You don’t have to bring these.
